3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6.3 White-Label Rights: Subscribers are granted the right to rebrand and resell websites created through our platform to their clients under their own brand name.

7.1 Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7.2 Support: Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Response times vary by plan level.

7.3 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumAi Websites UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Service interruptions or errors
